Services we offer
Home care Packages
Health Durability provide allied health services into the homes of home care package recipients. These can include the provision of above named services. We can assist clients under a variety of funding packages, please see below:

Homecare Packages (HCP)

Short Term Restorative Care (STRC)

Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP)
We offer allied health services to recipients of home care packages. It is a government funded/subsidized Home Care Packages Program (4 levels reflecting your needs) with the intent to provide coordinated care and services that help senior Australians to live safely and independently in their own home for as long as it is safe and appropriate to do so. It is coordinated amounts of personal care, support services, nursing, allied health or clinical services.
We offer allied health services to older Australians with STRC funding.
STRC offers an 8 week program to support with rehabilitation.
We offer allied health services with the CHSP Home Care Package.
CHSP offers a range of services at a subsidised rate to assist older Australians who wish to remain living at home.
